**To complete your rental the following is required in the office**

  • Driver's License
  • Registration
  • Insurance 
  • Lien holder information (if applicable) for photocopy.
  • Sign the Rental Agreement with any required addendum
  • Receive key fobs for Gate Access

 Note: There is a one-time $25 (plus tax) Set Up Fee due with 1st month rental.
